Food Truck Events

The links above will help with large event rodeos, festivals, and events.  Also, don’t forget to check local breweries or Farmers Markets, since they usually have a truck parked outside.

Thursday, August 7th: Oak City 7(City Plaza/Fayetteville Street, Raleigh) 5:30-10pm FREE event

  • Music Line-up: Collapsis, Jack The Radio, Runaway Cab, Outside Soul, and Pisces Rising.
  • Food Truck Line-up: Baguettaboutit, The Humble Pig, Sweetwater Ices, Chirba Chirba, Hibachi Xpress, and Not Just Icing.
  • Vendors: House of Swank, The Record Krate, Bordeaux Lane Studio, and Oak City Collective

Saturday, August 9th: Crank Arm Brewery, 1st Anniversary Dump Pho King Truck (w/ The Pit, Fiction Kitchen and Brewmaster’s Bar and Grill)

Saturday, August 9th: Raleigh Little Theatre celebrates 25th anniversary of Gaddy-Goodwin Teaching Theatre.  Event goes on 10-3pm and will have lots of activities.  Both Time Out and Ladybugs Treats will be here.

Saturday, August 9th: High Gravity Games at Crossfit Embark, Brueprint (S0l Tacos, Manna, Buns N The Sun, Valentino’s

Sunday, August 1oth: Downtown Raleigh Food Truck Rodeo (Fayetteville Street)

Thursday, August 14th: Sol Tacos will be at Koka Booth Amphitheater (Cary) for the The Nickel Creek Reunion Tour.

Thursday, August 14th: Pickin’ in the Plaza (City Plaza/Fayetteville Street, Raleigh) starts at 5pm, FREE event

On the 4th Sunday of every month, Ornamentea organizes a Pop-Up Market in front of their shop.  Lots of different artisans, food trucks, local brews, and one nonprofit organization.  This month’s trucks are D’Burritos and another to be announced. Saturday, September 6th: Bluegrass at Moorefields  featuring Constant Change, Bethesda Bluegrass, Cagle Family and Friends, and Nash Street Ramblers. Event is from 2 to 7pm.  Food Trucks: TBA.

September 27th: Raleigh Little Theatre will have The Connells perform with food truck The Halal Bros.

Sunday, November 2nd: Vegetarian Flava Fest (Durham Armory).  This event is highlighting Vegetarian, Vegan, and Live (Raw) Cuisine.  The event will have vendors and food truck rodeo.  The event is being coordinated by Vegan Flava Cafe, a 100% Vegan cuisine mobile trailer/food truck.  For more info, see the website.
