Are you near Knightdale Station Park during lunch today (and every Thursday)? If so, swing by for Food Truck Thursdays.
Today, Chirba Chirba will be there with famous dumplings! This food truck consistently has lines at Downtown Raleigh and Durham Central Park food truck rodeos. Now is your chance to find out why! If you haven’t had them before, check out their website for their menu.
I like to mix and match the dumplings offered, as well as, the different dipping sauces. If you like spicy, I recommend going with a Poultry-giest and Chirba Spicy.
What’s cool about the Knightdale Station Park is there is a lot of space, which you can have a food truck picnic or hang out under the pavilion (home to the town’s farmers market).
If you were curious of the other trucks scheduled (but you really should hit up Chirba Chirba today). The more popular this event is, the bigger an opportunity for more trucks (dessert anyone?) or other additions. Here is the remaining schedule are through June.
