Hey fellow wanderers!
I know there are few events out there and most have been reported by Triangle Explorer. Unfortunately (for the sake of this weekly post), I had nothing really queued up and I’ve been wandering Seattle, Victoria, and soon Portland. I know rough life. Hopefully you’ve caught a glimpse on the Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. If not, we’ll get up to speed when the posts are finished.
Here are some things I had on my Festival calendar, as well as, a Tweet from Triangle Explorer and Captain Ponchos.
Friday, Sol Tacos will be at the only Holly Springs and Triangle’s only all women-owned brewery, Bombshell Brewery. Also, Deli-icious, Bull City Brewery, and Papa Mojo’s will be a Northgate Mall for Blues on the Plaza. Jimi King Trio will perform that night.
Saturday, Chai’s Global will be at Raleigh Brewing, Captain Ponchos will be at Fullsteam in Durham for dinner, as well as Belgian Waffology will be at Sub Noir in Raleigh.
Living Word Family Church in Wake Forest is having a Food Truck Rodeo. Baguettaboutit, Baton Rouge Cuisine, D’Burritos, and Jam Ice Cream will be there.
Sunday, Belgian Waffology will be at Deep River Brewing.
It’s the Fourth Sunday in the month and Ornamentea has their monthly Pop-Up. This Sunday Stuft will be there, which is another hot (potato) truck.
And for Memorial Day, Sol Tacos will be at Tucker Lake in Benson. Hope it’s a Great day to be on the lake.
As always, I like to attach when I can Triangle Explorer’s weekend post. You can find his weekend picks here. If you looking for some other events, check it out.
Please feel free to comment below if you have food truck events not mentioned. I apologize on any spelling or grammar mistakes. I normally refrain from posting remotely, but I wanted to post something.
Keep Wandering and please remember those who served this weekend,

Should you find yourself wandering through Walla Walla you might find Andrae’s Kitchen to your liking. There are a couple of trucks and they are also located inside the 76 Station on HWY 125 going south into Milton-Freewater, Oregon. I had a Gyro for lunch today and have had curry dishes from them that are superb. There are a few other independent trucks, but Andrae’s goes to many of the wineries for events and to offer lunch on weekends.
Thanks for the recommendations! We took Amtrak down to Portland, which I recommend highly. Though if I do make out to Walla Walla, I’ll add this to my list.
