Hillsborough: Chez Moi and Sarge’s Chef will be here. For more information, check Hillsborough Picnic in the Park.
Knightdale: Sol Tacos, Chick-N-Que, Kona Ice, Jay’s Italian Ice, Lady Bugs, Get Iced Cupcakes, Virgil’s Jamaican, and Jam Ice Cream will be at Knightdale Station Celebration.
Brier Creek: Deli-icious, Valentino’s, and JAM Ice Cream will be at familiar lunch spot at 8401 Arco Corporate. The road is behind the shopping center (the street connects to the 540-Lumley Road interchange and continues toward the Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn).
Clayton: Deep River Brewing is having an event with Barone Meatball, Dump Pho King Truck and Coco Crissi Shaved Ice. Music will be going on during the whole event until the Town of Clayton will shoot off fireworks at 9:30pm. Deep River will be open from 2 to 10. Music by: Nick Driver Band, Jared Place Music, and Big Foot Groove Band.
Raleigh
All American RDU food truck will be at Sub Noir Brewing on the Fourth.
Bo’s Kitchen, a Korean food truck, NC Bulkogi, Captain Ponchos will be at Rebus Works on the Fourth.
and one event worth mentioning this weekend…
Festival for the Eno (North Durham): this event is actually both July 4th and 5th. So far I’ve seen, Parlez-Vous Crepes and Captain Poncho’s will be here.
Saturday and Sunday
The rest of the weekend looks light, but will try tweeting if I see anything out there.
What I can confirm are:
- Triangle Explorer highlighted Sol Tacos this week and mentioned where he will be all weekend long.
- Chick-N-Que will be at Fullsteam for Dinner on Saturday.
- Tailgater Toby will be at Holly Springs July 5th (Saturday)’s Celebration
