Double Barley Rodeo

From 2 to 6 pm, Double Barley Brewing will have a food truck rodeo and craft fair.  The food trucks participating are MANNA, Deli-icious, Virgil’s Jamaican, Chick-N-Que, Olio and Aceto, and Ladybugs Treats.  Portions of proceeds will be donated to Autism Society of North Carolina.

Clayton Harvest Festival: Food Truck Rodeo

This is a weekend long event celebrating the area’s harvest.  So far I’ve seen Belgian Waffology and D’Burritos scheduled here.  There will also be live music here.  The event starts at 7pm.

Gouge Pro Wrestling with Food Truck Rodeo

A really cool event that lots of families enjoy.  The event is held outside with a wrestling ring surrounded by food trucks and Raleigh Brewing kegs.  The Food Trucks on schedule are: Taqueria Azteca, Bo’s Kitchen, Philly’s Cheesesteaks, Red Eye BBQ and MaMa Duke’s.  Trucks usually start selling at 5 pm, while the matches start after 6pm.

Apex Jazz Fest

I went to this last year and it seemed like this took Apex my storm.  Located in the heart of Apex, the town comes alive.  So far I’ve seen Gussy’s, Big Mike’s BBQ, and Chirba Chirba scheduled to be here.  For schedule and event information, check out their website.

Festa Italiana

City of Burlington Carousel Festival

This city-wide event takes over the city of Burlington with family-friend activities.  Humble Pig will be out here.

Taylor’s Wine Shop Parking Lot Party

Taylor’s will feature a beer tasting by NC’s Beer Army Brewery & The Unknown Brewery and wine tasting by Sammy Greenway. King’s Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks and Not Just Icing will be here.  The party will be from 1 to 4 pm.
