This Saturday, January 31st – Sweet Traditions’ Grand Opening and Backpack Buddies donation drive
You may recall Sweet Traditions opened their brick and mortar location in Wake Forest (and you read their Wheels and Mortar). This Saturday, January 31st, will be their Grand Opening! From 1 to 3 pm, there will be a Photo Booth in the Sweetness Lounge, a raffle for two gorgeous decorated cakes, and a donation drive for Backpack Buddies.
For the drive, here is a list of items needed:
- orange juice/100% juice boxes
- instant breakfast drink mixes
- individual serving cereal
- individual serving oatmeal
- breakfast bars
- individual serving raisins
- fruit cups
- applesauce cups
- jello cups
- pudding cups
- vegetable cups (available at Wal-Mart)
- chicken or tuna cans/pouches
- rice-a-roni/noodle-roni
- ham/chicken/tuna salad packets
- ramen noodles
- canned soups
- macaroni and cheese
- spaghettiOs/ravioli
- beanie weenies
- canned chili
- Jiffy corn bread mix
- JIF peanut butter cups
- cookies
Those that bring an item for Backpack Buddies will get a free cupcake!
