Tend your garden and your stomach – 3 Food Truck Events this Spring!
Spring is upon us, which means times to turn that brown landscape into lush, green landscape. If you have a green thumb and are out shopping, why not stop by Fairview Garden Center during one of their food truck events. Here is the current schedule:
Food Trucks
Saturday, March 29
American Meltdown
Chick N Que
Sympathy 4 the Deli
Baguettaboutit
Sweet Traditions by LeAne
Saturday, April 19
Only Burger
Sarge’s Chef
Will & Pops
Dump Pho King
Sweet Stacey Cakes
Saturday, May 17
Deliicious
CJ Street Food
Chirba Chirba
Mama Dukes
JAM Ice Cream
The trucks will be out there from 11 am to 2 pm. Of all the trucks in the line-up, the only one I haven’t tried is Dump Pho King. That is also one of the newest trucks in the food truck community. Overall, all these trucks are good and I can easily recommend my favorite menu items at each of them.
One thing to note, I found out about this series late last year, so I wasn’t able to make the last one they had. So I can’t speculate crowds, but typically these events are a lot more manageable than the large rodeos. So if you are interested in food trucks, make it out there. And don’t be afraid to pick up a few landscaping items, too.
