Are you near Knightdale Station Park during lunch today (and every Thursday)? If so, swing by for Food Truck Thursdays.
Today, Bam Pow Chow will be their famous spring roll wrapper tacos stuffed with ingredient combinations you would find at a wine dinner. If you haven’t had them before, check out their website for their menu.
What’s cool about the park is there is a lot of space, which you can have a food truck picnic or hang out under the pavilion (home to the town’s farmers market).
If you were curious of the other trucks scheduled (but you really should hit up Bam Pow Chow today), here are the remaining schedule are through June. The more popular the event, the higher the chance of expanding to more than one truck per day.
