Black History and Triangle Food Trucks

It’s amazing how much our childhood molds us.  As I think about February and Black History month, I recall when was I introduced to it.  It all started in an elementary classroom with posters of great Black figures that did things.  What does a boy who likes to wander around gravitate toward? Garrett Morgan.  The boy in me thought the gas mask was cool, but of all things the traffic light was what I was in awe of.
