Another story from my recent trip to the Pacific Northwest. The beginning of my trip started in Seattle and it didn’t take long to find food trucks (without even actively looking!) I was able to try a few, but I did include some of my notes and resources to help you find food trucks on your next trip here.
In case you missed it, Olio and Aceto opened their cafe location on Saturday. The truck was parked out front, Fortnight Brewery was there pouring English and Blonde Ale, a DJ playing music and getting people to move, and other Galleria tenants were in the festivities.

I am sure someone out there said, “you’re a moron.” I have to agree, but add a few letters next time. I do feel like an oxymoron by loving food, but also enjoy riding my bike to get there. This past weekend, I checked my tires, filled my Camelbak, and headed for the winding Neuse River Trail and biked from Raleigh to Clayton for Deep River Brewing Beer and Belgian Waffles.
